The book tells the story of a spacecraft called Invincible that lands on the aforementioned planet Regis III in order to investigate the disappearance of another ship. The game is based on Polish writer Stanisław Lem’s 1964 book Niezwyciężony, which would only be translated into English 44 years later by Bill Johnston and be called The Invincible.
